Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 cups jaggery


  • 1 tbsp cashew


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tbsp almonds


  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Melt jaggery
  • Add little ghee in it
  • Stir continuously
  • Chop all the dryfruits
  • Now when jaggery gets thickened up add all the chopped dry fruits mix well
  • Grease a plastic sheet with a little ghee
  • Spread the chikki over it smoothly
  • Cut the pieces as desired
